Sigma joins forces with investment giant EQT on £1bn-plus London rental partnership

Sigma Capital has launched a £1bn-plus joint venture with Swedish investment giant EQT Real Estate to development rental homes in London.

The JV is supported by Homes England, the housing agency of the UK Government, and is targeting an initial portfolio of around 3,000 homes.
