Sirius post strong rise in NAV and profit

Business parks group Sirius Real Estate has posted a 12.6% increase in net asset value (NAV) for the year to the end of March.

NAV per share increased to 71.01 cents (62.7p), up from 63.09 cents last year, and produced a 61.5% leap in pre-tax profit to €144.7m.
