Supermarket Income REIT has paid CBRE Investment Management £84m for three grocery assets in Bristol.
The deal, which reflects a net initial yield of 5.6%, comprises a Tesco supermarket, an Iceland Food Warehouse and complementary non-grocery units in the Bradley Stoke area of the South West city.
