Supermarket REIT delivers ‘solid’ maiden results

Supermarket Income REIT has released its maiden full year results this morning, distributing a full year dividend to shareholders of 5.5p.

The group’s portfolio was valued on 30 June 2018 at £264.9m, representing an increase of 4.1% above aggregate acquisition price, generating 4.9% weighted average net initial yield. Net loan to value ratio stood at 32.4%, with a cost of debt of 2.4%, while total shareholder return for the period was 8%. Meanwhile, EPRA net asset value was 96p a share at the end of the financial year.
