TCS posts full-year rise in NAV

Town Centre Securities (TCS) has posted a 6.8% rise in net asset value (NAV) and a hike in profit for the year to 30 June.

NAV per share stood at 384p, compared to 359p at the end of the previous financial year, while statutory pre-tax profit more than doubled to £18.4m, reflecting portfolio valuation gains and disposals.
