Tipper takes chairman's role at RDI REIT

Former KPMG South Africa partner Gavin Tipper has been appointed as the new chairman for FTSE-250 listed RDI REIT, taking over from the departing Greg Clarke.

Tipper, a non-executive director at RDI since 2011, will take over the role immediately bringing more than 25 years’ experience in financial services and corporate governance having begun his career as a technical partner at KPMG South Africa. He was chief operating officer for the Coronation Holdings Group where he spent 10 years and is currently chairman of Hyprop Investments and AVI.
