Under fire Home REIT brings in new advisor

Home REIT has revealed that Alvarium Home REIT Advisors has entered into an agreement with Simpact Group to “accelerate and further support” the group’s ongoing asset management and monitoring programme.

Simpact will assist with tenant liaison and monitoring, a review of the company’s portfolio and improved disclosure on existing tracked metrics, and the provision of operational advice to certain tenant partners to improve underlying performance.
