Urban Logistics posts large rises in annual figures but divi remains flat

Urban Logistics REIT has posted a rise in both net asset value (NAV) and profit in the year to 31 March as warehouse space continued to boom during the Covid-19 pandemic as consumers flocked to online retailers.

NAV per share came in at 151.9p compared to 137.2p a year earlier, while pre-tax profit rocketed five-fold to £47.6m.
