Urban Logistics produces strong annual figures

Urban Logistics has posted a 24% rise in net tangible assets (NTA) in what the company has hailed as a “transformational year”.

In the 12-months to the end of March the group booked an NTA per share of 188.8p per share, while net rental income surge almost 60% to £36.5m.
