Urban Logistics REIT considers another fundraising to fuel major acquisition spree

Urban Logistics REIT is considering its second fund raising of the year to help fund a pipeline of potential acquisitions valued at £389m across 33 assets.

The properties have an average unexpired lease term of 6.7 years, a current annual rent roll of £26.7m, and a weighted average net initial yield of 6.43%.
