Urban Logistics seeks investor approval for move to main market

Urban Logistics has revealed further details of its plan to move from AIM to the main market.

The company told investors that the move, revealed on Monday, will provide the company with access to a larger pool of capital, broaden the company’s share register, and enable the company to be eligible for inclusion in the FTSE’s EPRA and UK Index Series, which may further increase liquidity.
