USS and PfP form £330m PRS JV

Universities Superannuation Scheme and Places for People have formed a £330m joint venture to invest in the PRS sector.

USS will provide the core funding for the partnership, whilst PfP Capital will act as asset manager, with Touchstone, PfP’s property management business, managing the portfolio on a day-to-day basis.
