Vita secures £80m loan on Coventry student digs

Vita Student is targetting the south of England for new sites

Cain International has agreed an £80m development loan with Vita Group to finance the development of a 780-unit student accommodation scheme close to the University of Warwick in Coventry.

The 169,000 sq ft Vita Student development received planning consent in November 2019 and began construction in October.
