Warehouse REIT upbeat for maiden annual figures

Warehouse REIT has declared a maiden interim dividend of 1p per share, and is on course to deliver an annual payout to shareholders of 5.5p per share, according to its trading update for the four months since its float on the London Stock Exchange.
