Government gives Birmingham post-lockdown boost

The Galliard Apsley Partnership

The Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has taken a 48,787 sq ft office letting in Birmingham, in what is understood to be the biggest office deal agreed in the city and West Midlands since the UK lockdown started.

The Galliard Apsley Partnership - a joint venture between Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital - has secured the Government department at the B1 building on a 10-year lease at £15.75 / sq ft in a deal worth up to £8m in annual rental income.
