Barwood buys Bristol plot for logistics scheme

Barwood Capital has acquired a 11.86-acre plot of land at Central Park in Bristol and plans to build a fuel station, hotel and drive-thru as well as a speculative logistics scheme at the site.

The firm has paid Delta Properties £7.43m for the last remaining plot of land at the industrial and logistics park near Bristol.
