Savills has appointed industrial director Richard Sullivan as the new head of its industrial team.

Sullivan replaces Graham Brown who will focus on client relations and strategic business opportunities after taking a sabbatical.

From April, Brown will walk the 600-mile South West Coastal Path across southern England.
