When Property Week and RESI Trailblazers sponsor Cluttons launched our search for the entrepreneurs, disruptors and innovators transforming the residential sector in 2019, we wanted the list to be even bigger and better than last year’s, and thanks to the input from our RESI Senate, the Property Week editorial team and you, our readers, it is.
We celebrated almost 60 RESI Trailblazers during the jam-packed opening session of RESI 2019, which took place at the Celtic Manor Resort between 11 and 13 September.
It was only when they gathered for the photograph that we realised what a truly diverse – in every sense of the word – group it was.
Ranging from those who are developing under-utilised airspace, launching groundbreaking new ratings systems and delivering co-living options for the over-40s to those intent on tackling homelessness or improving flexible working provision and the treatment of women and minorities, the Trailblazers of 2019 have one thing in common: they are changing the residential sector for the better.
