A Six-strong team has joined Savills from troubled property adviser Erinaceous.

Tim Leppard has been appointed to head the department; Kevin Townsend has been appointed as a director; Jo Anderson is director and client accountant; Jon Edwards and Ted Fey become regional facilities managers; and Steven Kay has joined as a surveyor.

The team brings with it clients such as Schroders’ WELPUT (West End of London Property Unit Trust) and Deutsche Bank’s property fund management arm RREEF, which have followed them from Erinaceous.

Kay, 28, said: ‘When the opportunity arose to join the Savills team, it was too good to resist.

‘I had been with Erinaceous for about five years and have enjoyed working with great clients.’
