How has the 2022 BSA reformed the building safety regime?

The Building Safety Act (BSA) 2022 is a fundamental reform of the building safety regime with an emphasis on ‘higher-risk buildings’, which are those that are at least 18m or seven storeys tall and contain at least two residential units.
