Curran McKay, chief commercial officer of AI property management platform AskPorter, is different. Although his company could well become the next big name in proptech, he is adamant that a bubble is forming.

“Oh, absolutely,” he says when Property Week asks him about it. “I won’t mention any giant co-working spaces by name that this has affected, but we’re really conscious of that. There’s a huge amount of hype around tech.”
