Lack of new development hampers office take-up in East Midlands

Lack of grade-A space and new sites puts onus on refurbished schemes.

According to data from Midlands-based commercial property agency Innes England, Nottingham emerged as the region’s star performer, with overall take-up reaching 477,000 sq ft last year, 20% up on 2016.
