Graph – Thames Valley supply (sq ft)

According to Insight, Savills’ in-house database, there are 7.1m sq ft of lease events in the next five years across the key Thames Valley towns of Reading, Slough, Maidenhead and Bracknell. This, coupled with current office supply of only 2.7m sq ft and 430,000 sq ft under construction, means that requirements are likely to far outweigh available space.
