Starz Real Estate funds €22.6m Copenhagen refinancing

Starz Real Estate has funded a €22.6m (£19.5m) senior facility secured for the World Trade Center Ballerup in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark.

The business centre comprises 193,750 sq ft of lettable space including meeting rooms, an auditorium with capacity for 150, a restaurant, café, lounge, reception, fitness centre and healthcare centre with space for more than 20 clinicians, practitioners and therapists.
