£100m tech park planned on former Rover site

AWM, which owns 40 acres (16 ha) of surplus land that was part of the MG Rover plant, and its development partner St Modwen, have submitted an outline planning application to Birmingham City Council to develop more than 700,000 sq ft (65,032 sq m) of space.
