£130m shopping centre set to rejuvenate Cambridge city centre

Shearer Property Group and USS have received unanimous approval for their proposed 39,500 sq m (425,000 sq ft) Grand Arcade retail and leisure scheme on St Andrews Street, while Prudential has been given the go-ahead for a £22m extension to the Grafton Centre.
