Great Portland Estates has fully let the commercial space at the newly refurbished in London W1
The four office floors totalling 14,200 sq ft (1,319 sq m) have been let on rents at £80 a sq ft (£861.12 a sq m).
US fund manager Cohen & Steers, Icelandic investment bank Straumur-Burdaras and investment management group Wolf Asset Management have taken 10 year leases with rent free periods of between six and 12 months.
The total rent agreed equates to £1.2m a year.
Great Portland acquired the building from Austin Reed Group in January 2004 at which time Austin Reed took a short term lease back on the office space as well as a lease on the ground floor of 25 years at a rent of £0.16m a year.
