£40m overhaul for Swansea

The company has revealed plans for a 25-storey residential tower with 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) of office, retail, bar and restaurant and health club space overlooking the marina between Ferrara Quay and Seagate. A restaurant is planned for the top floor.
