Fusion Students and Unite have brought two portfolios from the opposite ends of the student residential spectrum to market comprising almost 5,500 beds.
Fusion’s Stellar portfolio offers luxury student accommodation, while Unite is targeting the affordable market with its Mayflower portfolio.
Fusion, advised by Knight Frank, has set a guide price of in excess of £232m for four properties totalling 1,850 beds in Russell Group cities – Nottingham, Cardiff, Newcastle and Bristol. The portfolio offers a net initial yield of 5.4% and all the buildings are less than a year old.
