Lancer Property Asset Management on behalf of Berkeley Square Holdings has secured its final tenant in its 52 Charles Street, office.

The letting in the 10,538 sq ft development on London’s Berkeley Square means that it has achieved full occupancy within six months of practical completion.

It has achieved rents of between £70/ sq ft and £75/sq ft on all the upper floors in the building to tenants including investment advisor and broker Coventry Capital, media operations group CME Development Corporation, mining company Oxus Gold, and Energy Capital Partners.
