AAH sets record yield for Staffs

AAH Pharmaceuticals has completed the £16.3m forward-funding of a 222,000 sq ft (20,625 sq m) distribution centre in Newcastle-under-Lyme with Leeds-based Pickard Properties.AAH will take a 20-year lease at £4.25/sq ft (£45.75/sq m) leading to an initial yield of 5.65%.
