Aberdeen Property Investors has purchased the Scheepjeshof shopping centre in Veenedaal, Netherlands, from ImmoPlus Beheer BV for €34m (£23m)

The 12,599 sq m (135,616 sq ft) centre, which is let to 40 shops, has been placed in Aberdeen Property Investors’ European Shopping Property Fund. The fund is expected to have its first closing at the end of the month. It manages €160m (£108m) worth of properties.

Aberdeen Property Investors confirmed that it is soon to conclude additional deals in Belgium, France and Germany.
