Aberdeen Standard and Opus Land secure 7.1 acre Midlands Industrial site

Kinsall Green Tamworth

Developer Opus Land has teamed up with Aberdeen Standard Investments, acting on behalf of an Institutional client, to acquire a 7.1 acre site at Kinsall Green near Tamworth with a £19m GDV.

Aberdeen Standard plans to develop a unit of 135,000 sq ft Grade A, speculative industrial warehouse with Opus Land converting the site which is located 150m from Junction 10 of the M42.
