Aldermore provides loan for Cardiff student scheme

Aldermore, the specialist bank, has provided a £10.8m property development loan to DG1 Developments for the construction of a large scale student accommodation scheme in central Cardiff.

The new 146-unit student development, which is spread over eight floors, comprises of 118 studio apartments and 28 one bed units configured around a central courtyard. It also hosts two small ground floor commercial units.
