Almost half of investors say climate change risks are not important

Almost half of UK property investors think climate change risks are ‘irrelevant’ or ‘not important’, according to a new survey.

The RICS global survey of Commercial and Construction market professionals found 47% of UK investors were not concerned by climate change risks.
