Appointment of JLL man starts an age of higher risk at Hermes

Rupert Clarke, the managing director of JLL Corporate Finance, was this week appointed as the head of Hermes Property Asset Management, taking over from Richard Harrold, who has taken charge of Hermes subsidiary MEPC. Clarke is expected to start in early 2004.
