Aseana Properties is to buy three sea-facing land plots totalling 195 acres at Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, Malaysia, for $11.67m (£5.8m) from local company Mangrove Paradise Resort. Aseana is likely to develop luxury villas and hotel resorts.
