Ashtenne raises £45m to refinance

Aviva Investors and Warner Estate, managers of the Ashtenne Industrial Fund, have raised £45m of equity to reduce senior debt and refinance the fund’s existing loan facility for a further four years with Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds.
