ASOS signs for 190,000 sq ft in Doncaster

Online retail giant ASOS has signed a lease to occupy a 190,000 sq ft distribution centre near Doncaster.

The firm has secured the space at West Moor Park, which is owned by Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH), a fund managed by Mayfair Capital.

It has signed a 10-year lease with an option for a 40,000 sq ft expansion of the building, which has planning permission. The park’s other tenants include Ikea and Next.
