Atisreal seeds hotels team with SP & Partners takeover

Atisreal has bought French-based SP & Partners, a hotel property consultancy specialist

Atisreal is to create a dedicated European hotels team called Atisreal Hotels, with Patrick Sanville, chairman-founder of SP & Partners, to lead the team.

Sanville will report into Max Le Roux, vice-chairman of Atisreal France, and will work with Atisreal’s hotel team in London and its investment teams in UK and France.

SP & Partners was set up in 1992 in Paris.
