Atrium CEO Rachel Lavine said: ‘Following an extensive search for the crucial role of chief financial officer we are delighted to announce the appointment of Robert, who brings with him a wealth of experience.

‘His well proven ability in financial management, strategic implementation, shareholder relations and corporate governance will be invaluable in helping Atrium grow. Additionally, his experience working for publicly listed companies will be particularly useful as we maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, investor relations and financial regulation.

Bolier said: ‘I am joining Atrium at an important time for the Company. Given current market conditions, it is more important than ever to maintain the highest standards of financial management and controls, budget implementation and financial reporting.

I look forward to this very exciting challenge and to helping Atrium deliver on its strategy going forward.’
