Avant acquires Mansfield site for £90m resi project

Site acquired - Avant Homes Central has exchanged contracts on 22-acres at Pleasley Hill Farm, Mansfield (CGI indicative of proposed house types)

The 22-acre site, located at Pleasley Hill Farm, will see the development of 396 new mixed-tenure homes, subject to planning approval.
