Aviva Investors welcomes Opportunity London investment programme

Munawer Shafi, head of structured and private debt at investment giant Aviva Investors, has welcomed an initiative by London councils to launch a prospectus of infrastructure investment opportunities in the spring, as it looks to partner with local authorities on projects in the capital.
