BA Pension Trust touches down in Vauxhall with Keybridge House acquisition

British Airways Pension Trust has teamed up with Jacob Loftus’ General Projects to acquire a 999-year leasehold interest in the commercial element of Keybridge House in Vauxhall.

The joint venture has acquired 98,000 sq ft of ground, basement and first floor commercial space within the 595-unit residential scheme currently under construction in south London. The space subdivides as 58,000 sq ft of basement with 5-6m ceiling heights and 40,000 sq ft of ground and first floor retail and office space.
