The 18-acre site, currently used for external storage, will provide 139,500 sq ft of office space.

There will also be 78,050 of industrial units, a 24,905 sq ft auto-showroom/workshop, and a 52,000sq ft, 180-bedroom hotel.

There will also be 800 car parking spaces at the site.

Jim Milne, managing director of Balmoral Group, said the scheme would also be helped by the opening of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route opens in 2012.

The plans are being considered by Aberdeen City Council.
