Barings completes 8 Waterloo Place lettings

Barings Real Estate has completed the final two lettings at its recently refurbished 8 Waterloo Place in St James’s, London.

Wealth management firm Brewin Dolphin has expanded its presence at 8 Waterloo Place by taking the entire third floor comprising 5,479 sq ft for a term of 10 years. This is in addition to its second floor letting secured in December 2017. Brewin Dolphin now has a total of 10,788 sq ft space in the refurbished building which will become its London headquarters, headed up by Simon Blowley.
