Begbies' share price drops on acquisition

Begbies Traynor saw its share price fall 1.14% to 61.78p on Friday after acquiring surveying firm Barker Storey Matthews, expanding its property services division.

The £1.6m acquisition cost is satisfied by £1.067m in cash and through the issue of 844,290 new ordinary shares in Begbies at 5p each.
