BentallGreenOak buys Chesterfield industrial scheme for £39.9m

Bolsover Land has sold around 80 acres at its 1.4m sq ft Chesterfield warehouse and logistics development to BentallGreenOak (BGO) and Equation for £39.9m.

BGO and Equation will develop up to 1.2m sq ft at the Horizon 29 scheme, formerly the Coalite works, was acquired in 2012.
