Bentley board member leads Cheshire and Warrington investment drive

Christine Gaskell, the inaugural chairman of the local enterprise partnership (LEP) for Cheshire and Warrington, is keen to point out that the fledgling organisation is not a replacement for the wealthy Northwest Regional Development Agency and cannot fund projects directly.
