BizSpace ups ante with £37m of acquisitions

Flexible workspace provider BizSpace has continued its rapid growth with a £37m acquisition spree.

It has bought 10 properties around the country, bringing its portfolio to a total of 105 centres covering over 6m sq ft.

The Värde Partners-backed firm has added 351,000 sq ft to its portfolio as it looks to “cash in on the rise of entrepreneurialism and the growth of SMEs in the regions”.
